Motion Designer

Role Overview:

Zainik Lab, we are a passionate, fun-loving, growing team. As a mid-level UI designer, you make sure that you use your expertise and experience to continuously improve and expand the business. You are critical, accurate, and tenacious. You are a team player and enjoy working with other departments. As a designer, you have to be an open-minded, thinker & creative soul. In addition, you are enthusiastic and committed and give your full commitment to working with the team to create the best design. You have a good eye and patience to see the others and constructive criticism of your design.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design web app, mobile app & website templates
• Work on client's projects & In-house products as well.
• Analyze the product's needs and find out the best solutions.
• Collaboration with a cross-functional team of project managers, engineers, marketers

Skills & Qualifications

• We don't care about the degrees but as a mid-level designer, we expect that you have a minimum of 2 years of job experience.
• Expertise in design tools (Figma, illustrator).
• Readability of the project documentation & ability to design regarding this.
• Experience in designing products for "Envato/U18" is a plus.
• Good portfolio must.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail, time management, is self-motivated, and takes ownership of responsibilities.
• Ability to work fast and deliver projects on time.
• Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
